The brainchild of Chef Frederic Deshayes, a French pastry chef who apprenticed at Lenôtre Paris, opened the first Lenôtre boutique in Seoul,work with Pierre Hermé and Christophe Michalak in Plaza Athénée. He also spent several years teaching in Le cordon Bleu Paris and At Sunrice, Singapore.

Frederic shares, “In France, bread plays an essential part in the daily life of the French. Having lived and worked in Singapore for the past 9 years, I have always wanted to share the craftsmanship of baking proper French breads and pastries in this country I now call home. As chefs, we are the best ambassadors of our own work and what we prepare in the kitchen, so it only makes perfect sense that we not only personally bake for but also serve the customers at Do.Main.”
